Description

Tender, juicy steak bites marinated in Asian-inspired sauce and seared to perfection. Perfect for quick dinners or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar in a bowl. Add steak and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  3. Cook steak bites in batches for 2-3 minutes until browned, turning once.
  4. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes
