- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar in a bowl. Add steak and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Cook steak bites in batches for 2-3 minutes until browned, turning once.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- For best results, let meat reach room temperature before cooking
- Don’t overcrowd the pan when cooking
