- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cubed white American cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Stir frequently until cheeses begin to melt.
- Once cheese mixture is mostly melted, add green chiles, cumin, and garlic powder. Continue stirring until completely smooth and well combined, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in fresh cilantro. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
