- 1 box vanilla cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- Roll dough into 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Notes
- Don’t overbake – cookies should be slightly soft in the center when removed
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring
- Store in airtight container for up to 5 days
- Dough can be frozen for up to 3 months
