Scale
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; add broccoli during last 4 minutes.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper; sauté in olive oil until golden (6-8 minutes).
  • In same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (1 minute).
  • Add cream, bring to simmer, cook 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  • Combine sauce with pasta, broccoli, and chicken.

Notes
