- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup whole milk mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko mixed with parmesan cheese.
