Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to cover the base.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook for another minute until set.
- Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with toppings like whipped cream or fresh berries.
Notes
- For a richer taste, add a pinch of cinnamon or espresso powder to the batter.
- If you don’t have a non-stick skillet, lightly oil or butter a regular skillet before cooking each crepe.
