Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to cover the base.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook for another minute until set.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with toppings like whipped cream or fresh berries.

Notes

  • For a richer taste, add a pinch of cinnamon or espresso powder to the batter.
  • If you don’t have a non-stick skillet, lightly oil or butter a regular skillet before cooking each crepe.
