  • 24 oz frozen potato and cheese pierogi
  • 14 oz kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the frozen pierogi in a greased crockpot.
  2. Add half of the sliced kielbasa and half of the diced onion on top.
  3. Repeat with remaining pierogi and kielbasa.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the layers until just covered.
  5. Dollop sour cream on top and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until bubbly.
