  • 2 lbs russet or Yukon gold potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes until browned.
