  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons honey, divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  • Combine cranberries and 2 tablespoons honey in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until cranberries burst and form a sauce. Let cool.
  • In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, remaining honey, and olive oil until smooth and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
