- 8 oz feta cheese, room temperature
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 3 tablespoons honey, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Combine cranberries and 2 tablespoons honey in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until cranberries burst and form a sauce. Let cool.
- In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, remaining honey, and olive oil until smooth and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl, create a well in the center, and spoon the cranberry mixture over top. Garnish with orange zest and pistachios.
