Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in mashed bananas and egg.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined, fold in walnuts.
  4. Drop rounded tablespoons onto lined baking sheets.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.

Notes
