Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla, beating until smooth.
  • Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. Fold into wet ingredients until just mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before cutting into squares.
