- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla, beating until smooth.
- Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. Fold into wet ingredients until just mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
