Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped oregano
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine ground turkey, feta, onion, garlic, herbs, egg, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined – don’t overmix.
  • Form mixture into 24 evenly-sized meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each).
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
