Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles
- Ricotta cheese
- Fresh or frozen spinach
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Eggs
- Italian seasoning
- Marinara sauce
- Garlic powder
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles as directed until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the parmesan until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers up to three times.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
