- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- 1 small onion, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add onion and seasoning: Stir in diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Mix soup & sour cream: In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream, then stir into the beef mixture.
- Layer in casserole dish: Spread the beef mixture into a 9×13-inch casserole dish. Top with tater tots and shredded cheese.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until tater tots are golden and cheese is melted.
