  • 4 soft pita breads
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop lettuce, dice tomatoes, and slice cucumbers; set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
