- 6 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Mix brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Heat olive oil and butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar-garlic mixture evenly over chicken breasts.
- Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
