For the Rolls:
- 2¼ cups Bisquick mix
- â…” cup milk
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Mix Bisquick and milk until soft dough forms. Turn onto floured surface; knead 10 times.
- Roll dough into 15×9-inch rectangle. Spread with butter; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Roll up tightly from long side; seal edges. Cut into 12 slices.
- Place rolls in prepared pan; bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Don’t overwork the dough to keep rolls tender
- Rolls are best served warm
- Store leftovers covered at room temperature for up to 2 days
