Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Fresh basil
- Marinara sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Allow to cool slightly and slice thinly.
- 3. In a bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, chopped basil, and half of the marinara sauce.
- 4. Lay chicken slices flat, spread the cheese mixture on top, and roll tightly.
- 5. Place pinwheels seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and top with remaining marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
