For the Stir Fry:

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated

For the Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Heat oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden (5-6 minutes).
  • Remove chicken, add vegetables to the same pan. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
  • Return chicken to pan, pour sauce over. Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
