For the Stir Fry:
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Heat oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden (5-6 minutes).
- Remove chicken, add vegetables to the same pan. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
- Return chicken to pan, pour sauce over. Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Notes
- Slice chicken against the grain for maximum tenderness
- Any combination of fresh or frozen vegetables works well
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes
- Best served over steamed rice or noodles
