Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread about three tablespoons of filling on each noodle and roll them up. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
