  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping bell peppers and slicing green onions. Mince garlic and ginger finely.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet; stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Incorporate the sliced bell peppers and green onions; cook for another 3-4 minutes until veggies soften yet remain crisp.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and cornstarch mixture until smooth. Pour over the beef and veggies in the skillet.
