  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh berries (blueberries or raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined. Press two-thirds into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
  4. Gently fold in fresh berries into the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
