Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined. Press two-thirds into the bottom of the pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.

- Pour the filling over the crust and sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
