  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 2 cups fresh lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 large ripe tomato (sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties slightly larger than buns.
  3. Season patties with garlic powder and smoked paprika. Cook on the grill or skillet for about 4 minutes per side until browned.
