  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 20 round dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine crumbled tofu, chopped cabbage, grated carrots, minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, scallions, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Assemble the dumplings: Place about a tablespoon of filling on each wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
  3. Fry the dumplings: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Fry dumplings until golden brown on one side.
