  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups Cool Whip
  • 1 box (3 oz) berry-flavored jello
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fluffy, then fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer half of the fresh berries on top.
  4. Prepare jello according to package instructions with slightly reduced water for concentrated flavor. Allow to cool before pouring over berries.
  5. Once the jello sets partially (about 30 minutes), add remaining cream cheese mixture and top with more fresh berries. Refrigerate until fully set, ideally overnight.
