- 1 ½ cups Cool Whip
- 1 box (3 oz) berry-flavored jello
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fluffy, then fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer half of the fresh berries on top.
- Prepare jello according to package instructions with slightly reduced water for concentrated flavor. Allow to cool before pouring over berries.
- Once the jello sets partially (about 30 minutes), add remaining cream cheese mixture and top with more fresh berries. Refrigerate until fully set, ideally overnight.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
