Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Poke holes in the sweet potato and microwave for 5-7 minutes until soft. Let cool, then peel and mash.
- In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potato, pumpkin, peanut butter, egg, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Gradually add whole wheat flour until a dough forms. If sticky, add more flour as needed.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness on a floured surface; cut into desired shapes.
