- 2 tsp chili powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in chopped jalapeños and corn; cook for about three minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine cornbread mix, milk, eggs, sour cream, and half the cheese until smooth. Let it rest for five minutes.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish; pour cornbread batter on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
