Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.
- Brown chicken in oil until golden (5 minutes).
- Add garlic, pasta, marinara, and broth.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer covered 15 minutes.
- Top with cheeses, cover until melted (3 minutes).
Notes
- Stir occasionally to prevent pasta sticking
- Add water if needed during cooking
- Use fresh mozzarella for extra creaminess
- Can substitute chicken tenders or thighs
