A simplified twist on classic Chicken Parmesan, combining pasta, crispy chicken, and rich tomato sauce in one pot for easy cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.
  • Brown chicken in oil until golden (5 minutes).
  • Add garlic, pasta, marinara, and broth.
  • Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer covered 15 minutes.
  • Top with cheeses, cover until melted (3 minutes).
