- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- Add the rinsed rice, broth (or water), salt, and butter (or oil) to the Instant Pot.
- Secure the lid and set the valve to sealing. Press the “Rice” button or set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, allow a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then switch to quick release. Carefully open the lid.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve as a side dish or part of your main course.
