- 1 cup water

Instructions
- Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly and pierce each several times with a fork.
- Place trivet in Instant Pot and add 1 cup water.
- Arrange sweet potatoes on trivet.
- Seal lid and set to Manual/Pressure Cook for 15 minutes (small potatoes) or 20 minutes (large potatoes).
- Natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
