- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush baking sheet with olive oil, place salmon skin-side down.
- Spread 2 tablespoons pesto on each fillet.
