- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups salsa (medium or hot, based on preference)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Pour salsa over the chicken, then sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Add black beans and corn.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a block of cream cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking
