Ingredients

  • 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups salsa (medium or hot, based on preference)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
  • Pour salsa over the chicken, then sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  • Add black beans and corn.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Shred chicken with two forks before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a block of cream cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking
