- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

- Pour in diced tomatoes, chicken broth, soy sauce, lime juice, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Bring to a gentle boil; then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes until chicken is tender.
