  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, sour cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and eggs. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for approximately 60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for an hour to prevent cracks. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with extra cinnamon or crushed Halloween candies.
