Description

These colorful stuffed mini peppers are filled with a savory blend of cheese, herbs, and spices—perfect for a bite-sized appetizer or a fun party snack!


Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the tops off the mini peppers and remove the seeds.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Stuff each mini pepper with the cheese mixture.
  • Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until peppers are tender and cheese is slightly golden.
  • Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try adding crumbled bacon or cooked sausage to the cheese mixture.
