Description

Decadent cream cheese-infused cookies studded with chocolate chips, combining the best of cheesecake and classic chocolate chip cookies.


Ingredients

  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Beat cream cheese, butter, and sugars until fluffy (3 minutes).
  • Add eggs and vanilla, beat until combined.
  • Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Chill dough for 1 hour.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.

Notes

  • Don’t overbake; cookies should be slightly soft in center
