Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Slice strawberries as needed.
- Blend strawberries with honey and lemon juice until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, filling one-third full. Insert sticks and freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Blend coconut milk with honey until combined. Once the strawberry layer is solid, pour coconut mixture over it carefully and freeze again for 1-2 hours.
- Blend blueberries with honey until smooth. Pour over the frozen coconut layer once solid, then freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To remove popsicles from molds, run warm water over the outside briefly.
