  • 1 whole lemon sliced
  • 1 whole orange sliced
  • 1 whole cucumber sliced
  • 1 handful mint leaves for a calming herbal touch
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus (or 2 tea bags)
  • 0.5 cup pineapple chunks sweetens the blend
  • 0.5 cup coconut water for hydration
  • 1 whole apple sliced
  • 1 stick cinnamon adds warmth
  • 1 inch fresh ginger sliced
  • 1 whole lime juiced

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine the water with lemon and orange slices in a pitcher. Let it steep for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the citrus slices and add the cucumber and mint leaves. Let it steep for another 30 minutes.
  3. Eliminate the cucumber and mint, then add the mixed berries. Let it steep for 30 minutes.
  4. Take out the berries and add the dried hibiscus or tea bags. Let it steep for 30 minutes.
  5. Discard the hibiscus and add the pineapple chunks and coconut water. Let it steep for 30 minutes.
  6. Take away the pineapple and coconut water, then add the apple slices and cinnamon stick. Let it steep for 30 minutes.
  7. Finally, remove the apple and cinnamon, and stir in the ginger and lime juice. Let it steep for 30 minutes.
