Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for coating
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika for extra flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the oil and spice mixture.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken on the grill, skin side down, and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Flip the chicken and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for another 10-12 minutes, basting with more sauce halfway through.
  3. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Serve with additional barbecue sauce on the side.
