Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Gather all your ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, and butter. Measure out 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt into a bowl. Sift the dry ingredients to avoid lumps.
Make the Batter
  1. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk and 1 large egg until blended. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and let it cool slightly before adding it to the mixture. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring gently to combine.
Cook the Pancakes
