  • 1 banana ripe for creaminess
Liquids
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional, for added nutrition
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for flavor

Method
 

Blend the Ingredients
  1. Add the blueberries, banana, almond milk, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to reach desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
