  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour sifted
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Salt a pinch
  • 4 large Eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract pure
  • 1 cup Milk whole

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all the ingredients for your butter cake.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition and scraping down the sides of the bowl.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients while mixing on low speed.
  5. Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
