Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh
  • 1 cup shredded carrots optional
  • 1 cup chopped red onion optional
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Add-ins
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, shredded carrots, and chopped red onion.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated. Add the dried cranberries and chopped pecans, and mix gently.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
