Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh
  • 1 cup shredded carrots optional
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cooked chicken diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes, diced chicken, and cheddar cheese.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
