Prepare the Batter
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, flour, beaten egg, milk, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
Fry the Fritters
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil.
- Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
