Prepare the Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until the onion is translucent.
Combine and Bake
- Stir in the drained beans, cooked bacon, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
