How to Make Crispy Air Fryer Dill Pickles
- Preheat the air fryer. Start by following the manufacturer's instructions to preheat your air fryer, usually around 375°F (190°C) for optimal crispiness.
- Drain and dry the pickles. Carefully remove the dill pickles from the jar and place them on a paper towel. Pat them dry to ensure a crispy outer layer.
- Mix the coating. In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Dip the pickles. Take each dried pickle, dip it into the beaten egg to coat thoroughly, and then press it into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the fryer basket. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the pickles. Lay the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry until golden. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and air fry the pickles for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
