Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 1 loaf French bread or Italian bread
Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Garlic Butter
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Prepare the Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the French bread in half lengthwise.
Spread the Garlic Butter
  1. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
Bake the Bread
  1. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up, and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into pieces and serve warm.
