Salad Ingredients
  • 4 cups cucumbers sliced thinly
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dill fresh or dried

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly and place them in a mixing bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, white vinegar, sugar, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture. Toss gently to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
