Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend the black beans in a food processor until smooth.
- Combine the eggs, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, if desired.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the brownies in the dish before cutting into squares.
